Function

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - HR

Main Goal

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, Contribute to a wide range of support activities inside HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining employee database to posting job ads. To act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Also assisting in creating policies, processes and documents.

Job description

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and assist relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, contracts, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in preparation of monthly relevant HR data (absences, overtimes, leaves, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct onboarding and orientation to newcomers

Skills: what we expect of you

TYPICAL EDUCATION
• University Degree preferably labor relations, law.
• Complementary training in Human Resources, hiring, payroll, labor legislation, etc.
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
• Aptitude for computer systems – Windows, Excel

• Min 3 years of experience in a similar position
