Main Goal

Accountable for maintaining a quality management structure including document management, continuous improvement, training & competency, risk, audit and compliance management including customer complaints & claims management to assist the company to operate efficiently.

Job description

Responsible within the Quality Assurance management team to develop and maintain the overall Quality Management structure and its deployment in the Region that conforms to industry standards, and HM.Clause and Limagrain policies. Acts as liaison for legal and regulatory contacts as it applies to quality assurance issues. Coordinates between hubs to maintain global cohesion in our QM approach.
- Responsible for providing input for the strategy and development and continuous use of Quality Management
- Provides input for creation and deployment of a QM structure that allows all employees to work together and improve continuously in a structured manner.
- Facilitates accurate reporting based on sound data to Management for decision making.
- Has a clear vision and show consistent leadership on Quality Management and influences internally externally at industry level to improve standardization and quality management related professionalism.

- Responsible for creating and deployment of an Audit and Risk Management structure to support Management.

- Facilitates the knowledge and skill level

- Regionally accountable for proper structure allowing the accurate monitoring and resolution of customer complaints and claims.

- End responsible for creation and execution of QM projects in the company.

- Is a lead Auditor for the company
- Manage audit plan for the whole company

Very good command of English
PhD in Biological Sciences
10 years experience in relevant industry on Quality Management
Frequent travelling to the Asian countries: India, Vietnam, Indonesia and travelling to the Europe/Middle East/Africa and America Pacific Hub.
