Finalité du poste

Our Marketing Operations Manager (F/M) manages the marketing operations to support global business and marketing teams through high impact operational execution, process innovation and strong stakeholder partnerships. His/her aim is to focus on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the marketing and business's key management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions and tracking performance.
With 3 direct reports and a team of about 10 people, he/she leads marketing data, marketing business analysis and samples/variety registration and protection.
Report to the Head of Global marketing VP.
This role is based in in Valence, France.

Missions

Main dimensions are:
Strategy: The Marketing Operations Manager is tasked with driving the marketing data analysis for company's strategic reviews and planning. He/she analyzes existing data and information as well as historical trends in order to provide early insights.

Analytics: The Marketing Operations Manager also plays an analytical role where he/she provides ad-hoc analyses and insights on key business and marketing activities. He/she additionally prepares and presents key business and marketing KPI insights and data.

Market Intelligence: works on continuous development and improvement of market intelligence processes and marketing databases.

Collaboration: Works on projects and initiatives with the wider business leadership team where he/she can represent the marketing department
• Plays with his/her team, an active role in defining and executing processes to reach a high service level to the company.
• Leads a global function with teams based in France and in the USA.
• Is a member of the Marketing Management team
• Fosters a positive environment of respect and ethical business conduct in a multicultural environment.
• Proposes and implements continuous improvement for his/her department and areas of responsibility to reach operational excellence & process simplification
• Leads and inspires a data, metrics and reporting culture. Recognize and reward the team in line with achievements

Profil

The work is complex and requires a mature, logical mind and perceptive approach as well as a persistent, can-do attitude.
• Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making. Ability to strategize based on current and historical data.
• Team leader with excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to work effectively with internal clients and a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
• Ability in project management.
• Pragmatic and Execution-oriented.
• Effective organizational, multidisciplinary task and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills to compile large amounts of data into an understandable format for decision-making.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems or present them in an understandable format for decision-making.
• Ability to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and follow through.
• Fluent English mandatory
