Propósito de la posición

Provide support in defining and executing the business and marketing strategy to strengthen the LG brand, increase market share and enhance customer engagement across Argentina, Bolivia, and Uruguay. This role reports to the Commercial Manager and combines analytical, digital and operational marketing responsibilities to drive business growth and brand visibility

. Analytical Marketing


•Participate in the development of commercial targets and strategy by each crop  (volume, pricing, positioning) at country and regional level, in close collaboration with the Commercial, Development, Finance leaders and the Head of BSA.


•Establish and implement leading KPIs (volumes, Product on the Ground, Market Share, customer retention, Share of Wallet for accurate business performance tracking. 


• Analyze sales perfomance and margins by region / crop / product / customer segment.


• Conduct market intelligence analysis by region, crop segment to support strategic decision-making Interact with the Development team and consolidate product performance data.


•Consolidate product performance data in close interaction with the Sales and Development teams.


2. Digital Marketing


• Design, manage and update the corporate website: www.lgsemillas.com


•Manage social media platforms across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook.


• Design and execute digital promotional campaigns to promote products, events and brand initiatives


3. Support to the Commercial Network


•Develop marketing materials including videos, flyers, catalogs, technical sheets, banners, field signage, vehicle wraps and merchandising.


•Develop and implement a national Road Signage Plan.


•Design signage for distributor offices (interior and exterior).


•Provide support at local fairs and field and commercial events.


4. Conferences and Events


•Participate in the selection and negotiation of conferences to attend (Aapresid, Expoagro, Asagir, CREA).


•Organize internal and external events such as internal meetings, campaign launches, meetings with distributors and crop tours.


•Plan and execute loyalty-building initiatives aiming key advisors and large producers.


5. Administration


•Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely payment processing Monitor and control payments to suppliers within the area of responsibility.


•Coordinate local purchase orders and budget tracking within the marketing scope.

Habilidades: o que esperamos de você

•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.


•Solid understanding and knowledge of the crop seed business and market dynamics, particularly in extensive crops.


• Analytical mindset with experience in planning and executing marketing strategies.


•Knowledge of marketing, trade marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.


•Effective negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
