Main Goal

Ensure smooth running of the home farm processes by coordinating the welfare of all the employees and the day-to-day operations in the Human Resource under the guidance of the Human Resource Officer.

Job description

·         Employee Personal File Management

Collection & Filling of hiring documents.

Personal File updating with employee documents (Leave Forms, Bio – data, other documents.)

Personal File closure after employee departure

Custodian of employee personal files.

·         Employee Data Entry on the payroll system

Ensure enrollment of new employee details in the payroll system and updating of such information from time to time

Support in payroll processing.

·         Leave Management 

Leave Posting on the Payroll system.

Generating Monthly leave summary report

Regular provision of leave balance information to employees

·         Time & Attendance Management

Daily attendance data polling and analysis.

Provide monthly attendance report for payroll input.

·         HR Policies, Procedures, Contracts & JDs  

Support in the review and training of HR policies, procedures & JDs.

Ensure contract tracking for Temporary & Seasonal employees.

Support temporary, seasonal & casual employees’ recruitment.

Support the implementation of the disciplinary policy & procedure.

·         Co-ordination of the statutory committees

Ensure the safety, welfare, fire & first aid committees are periodically trained.

Ensure the committees meet regularly and emerging actions are reported and followed through.

·         Statutory Follow Up

Ensure timely remittance of statutory deduction and follow up for timely accounts crediting.

·         Employee Advisory

Day to Day Employee advisory & Support on HR related topics.

Skills: what we expect of you

·         Degree or Diploma in Human Resource

·         2 + Years experience in Human resource roles

·         Proficiency in Microsoft tools  

·         Good communication and detail-oriented skills

·         Open mind to international environment.

·         Proactiveness

·         Ability to work in a team.
