PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
In the role of Sales Representative - Level II at HM.Clause, the main purpose is to generate sales growth and satisfy customer needs, strengthening the company's position in the designated market. The position demands high competence and experience in providing innovative product and service solutions. This Level II position is expected to demonstrate a high degree of competence and experience and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
As a consultant/representative, this role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies in the representative region, exceeding sales and growth objectives. Additionally, the position entails providing robust technical support for development actions in the region, contributing knowledge and expertise in identifying new market opportunities, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering.
- Specialization in the field.
- Advanced knowledge of English mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish desirable.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in similar positions, ideally in the seed industry.
