Your Responsibilities:

·         Representing our company in the entire sales area

·         Managing and supporting the sales force team with currently 8 employees

·         Supporting key customers

·         Sales planning & pricing

·         Creating and implementing sales strategies 

·         Working with international colleagues

·         M.Sc. in agronomy, plant sciences or related fields or B.Sc. with relevant                        professional experience

·         Economic- and customer-oriented action and thinking

·         Team spirit, good social skills, hands-on mentality 

·         Initiative and good knowledge of commercial vegetable cultivation or                   

          comparable (advantage)

·         Experience in the distribution of seeds or agricultural products (advantage)

·         Willingness to travel frequently in Germany (mainly) and internationally

·         Driving license class B

·         Very good knowledge of German and English language (spoken, read, written)
