) General Work-Related Duties
ð Need to drive the product and market development for the his/her individual territory/region
ð Product Development and Regulatory
· Design and product development and product registration trials strategies - Drive all product development trials and product registration trials across Thailand & manage all commercial trial results from each market segments in Thailand
· Data analysis of the different product advancement and agronomy trials
· Link between R & D and commercial teams in the territory - Working closely with R&D team to deliver the best suited products for different segments
· Drive product reviews with management so that informed decisions can be made in relation to new product / hybrid releases.
· Define the right segments and develop appropriate product communications (Feature/Advantage/Benefit) accordingly
ð Market Development
Product Demonstration managements – leading and coordinating the same with sales team and demo data analysis
· New Markets - Scouting for new market and ensuring product fit and acceptance by creating trails and demo network in the new markets
· Support the other team members / territories / regions in driving campaigns, conducting meetings and other promotional activities whenever required.
2) Sales Support
ð Support sales with all technical and product needs/ training to the team / training to key farmers
ð Support in complaint management
ð Coordinate with customers/teams to understand the promotional activities in the assigned geography and partner for big grower events.
3) Strategic Product Planning:
ð Conceptualizing overall product plans with an immediate and long-term focus – Product Life Cycle Management in his/her territory
ð Develop product positioning and communication strategies to establish value proposition for different stakeholders.
ð Provide all kind of market intelligence (new launches, product related information, growers needs etc.) to relevant stakeholders in order to contribute to the formulation of the marketing and sales plan in the respective crops and region.
4) Safety - Implement and make sure that his/her follows the company safety policy.
