As a member of the Executive Committee, and reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Director participates in defining the strategic orientations of our international Business Unit considering its multicultural dimension, supports change and encourages conditions conducive to commitment and performance in line with the Group's values. The Human Resources Director is responsible for defining LAPAC’s human resources strategy in link with General Management, and for steering and implementing it at operational level. The BU has ≈550 permanent employees (≈200 employees in the join-venture), in 6 countries: Australia (JV), Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, India and China (JV).
· Defining strategic human resources guidelines and translating them into concrete objectives for the department.
· Develop human resources policies and lead the relevant actions and HR projects to achieve these objectives.
· Drawing up the BU's HR budget and monitoring its progress throughout the year to ensure that it is adhered to (including managing the wage bill)
· Supervise payroll and personnel administration in compliance with current legal procedures
· Leading cross-functional projects (HR or other)
· Steering human resources development and skills management, defining and implementing recruitment and talent management policies
· Manage collective labour relations and conduct meetings and negotiations with staff representative bodies, ensuring a good social climate within the company
· Supporting and advising Directors and Team Leaders in their HR-related decisions, helping them to integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions, and providing support in the development of their teams
· Supporting the Executive Committee in thinking about and implementing the company's transformation, change management and leadership development
· Ensuring that HR processes are applied and developing them with a view to continuous improvement
· Directly manage individual employee relations (disciplinary, litigation, strategic negotiations, etc.)
· Leading the safety policy and driving forward health, safety and quality of life at work (QLW) programs throughout the BU
· Manage relations with external partners
· Manage the Human Resources department: motivate and supervise your team and develop their skills (3 direct reports including 1 manager). A young team, which will have to evolve with the BU
· Supervise and lead internal communication
· Drive and monitor the implementation of the CSR’ (ESG) strategy
· HR reporting to BU LAPAC, LFS & Group organization
· Represent the BU within the Group by participating to the Group HR Committee (GHRC) and promote collaboration between the BU and Groupe Limagrain
· Implementation of Group policies and guidelines within the BU
