Overall responsibility for commercial activities. Identify, initiate, and lead demand management, global revenues, pricing and promotion,in-line
with the organization's targets. You will be Part of the Strategic Leadership Team of Hazera.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the commercial global organization (around 200 employees) including 11 subsidiaries.
• Top line of the company, contribution of the subsidiaries, and strategic planning to grow market shares.
• Sales processes and procedures, forecast accuracy, setting indicators and targets, implementation of
methodology and best practices.
• Contribute to the global strategy of Hazera and Limagrain Vegetable Seed division, interacting with colleagues in
all functions and various Limagrain Business Units.
• Develop future leaders for the sales organization and for Hazera.
Profile:
• Bachelor or master's degree in Agriculture science or related field.
• 10 years + experience in Seed Industry, preferably in vegetable seeds.
• Experience in international and multi-cultural organization.
• Proven experience in managing sales and reaching quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Proven experience in B2B international markets.
• Experience in managing subsidiaries and dealer networks.
• Willingness to travel internationally 30% of the time.
• Fluent in English. Hebrew and Dutch are plus.
