Communications Specialist plays an important role with various teams in his/her country or geographic area. With strong oversight and direction from his/her Manager, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, he/she implements the annual communications plan
Principal Duties and responsibilities:
• Deliver high quality collateral materials or print/digital publications and respect deadlines
• Provide a high quality of service expected by internal and external clients
• Be an active participant on all communications-related meetings and phone calls with internal and external partners, including the steering committees when they exist. As such, he/she will be in full support of his/her manager
• Create digital photo and video contents including product photography in the field and in the studio, managing post-production editing efforts, and organizing, archiving, and sharing images for global use
• Maintain local web, social media or intranet contents
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, field days, and other company events.
• Track expenses and invoices ; inform his/her Manager of any discrepancies
• Update shared databases such as ePhoto with all new assets and generated data
• Develop good and constructive partnerships with the local network of third-part vendors such as Ad Agencies, graphic artists, videographers, etc. to assisted with projects on an as-needed basis
• Support effectively his/her peers when needed
• Maintain a consistent corporate and brand image, ensuring proper use of HM.CLAUSE brands guidelines
Graduate studies in Marcom & communications.
Proven experience as communications and marketing, working
knowledge in agribusiness is preferable
