The resource will work in a multinational context, should be employed in full autonomy directly depending on the Finance Manager in the activities concerning passive cycle and general accounting
Job description
Passive cycle: registration of passive invoices (Italy, UE, Extra-UE) with knowledge of VAT legislation;
General accounting: bank transactions and reconciliations, home banking payments, travel expense reports, processing and registration of ordinary accounting. Fiscal schedules of F24 payment for withholding taxes , Monthly VAT settlements with communication of quarterly data and exterometer; preparation of Intrastat / Conai / virtual stamp documentation. Enasarco payments
Management of company vehicle rentals and telephony.
Profile
Diploma in Accounting and/or degree in Economics with at least 3 years of experience in the same job
The resource must have a strong collaborative and team spirit, organizational skills and precision
Good knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of the OFFICE package (Excel)
Preferred knowledge of SAP
Immediate availability
Full time / permanent contract with trial period
