You will manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized distribution companies in Flanders and Wallonia. With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you’ll support customers in choosing the right seeds and solutions. Together, we help our farmers grow.
🌾 Maintain customer relationships and build new ones
🌾 Collect market information and translate it into opportunities
🌾 Manage pricing in SAP
🌾 Assist with demos, marketing activities, and info sessions
🌾 Provide customers with technical product knowledge across our entire range
🌾 Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities
🌾 A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
🌾 A passion for the agriculture and/or horticulture sector
🌾 Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a positive, open attitude
🌾 Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of SAP? That’s a bonus!)
🌾 Dutch as your native language and a good knowledge of French

Our recruitment process consists of several steps to ensure the best match between you and Limagrain:
1️⃣ First Interview
You will have an initial interview with the Sales Manager and HR Manager to discuss your background, skills, and motivation for the role.
2️⃣ Second Interview
If the first conversation goes well, you will have a second interview with the Country Manager. This is an opportunity to go deeper into your experience, your vision, and how you fit within our company.
3️⃣ Sales Assessment
If both interviews are positive, you will be invited to complete a Sales Assessment. This helps us understand your sales skills and potential in real-world situations.
