Main responsibility is to supervise and help out-growers to ensure seed production (from sowing / transplanting to seed extraction) is according to targets of quality, quantity, timelines and costs for farm-allocated crops and to record all production data. It requires agronomical skills.

- Ensure that timely visit of crops at all stages of crop cycle to monitor crop development
- Discuss and advice growers to adopt best practices for seed production
- Based on the crop stages and crop condition advising/instructing growers to apply crop protection products
- Responsible for training to production growers
- Production Data and Analysis and reporting
- Monitor plants delivery and seeds shipment to from grower network to plant operation
- Ensuring timely and realistic update of the production estimates and delivery
- Ensure external and internal compliance

·         Holder of degree in Horticulture/Agriculture.

·         4 years’ experience,

·         Experience and knowledge of a similar position

·         Must be proficient in oral and written English & Swahili.

·         A strong personality with overview.

·         Must be proactive and work with little supervision

·         Able to work in isolated area

·         Should be a team player and motivator.

·         Should be flexible and willing to learn.

·         Holder of a valid driving licence
