1. This position work in Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa, Son La or Phu Tho, Vietnam.
2. Work directly with growers to ensure they comply with the production process and the terms of the signed contract
3. Coordinator, training, monitoring growers from sowing to harvesting products, ensuring both the quality and quantity of products

1- Maintain a good relationship with the grower network through visits, workshops and technical process training
2- Training on the field and supervising the process of preparing soil of growers on time
3- Sowing in production office and supply seedling them to growers
4- Training on the field and monitoring the process of transplanting, caring plant of growers for the right technique and on time
5- Guide and monitor farmers to fertilize, water in the right amount and timing as the process
6- Regular field visits, detection of pests and diseases to provide timely solutions for growers
7- Managing seed purity through take out offtype plants, training - monitoring growers' pollination and harvest process

1- Bachelor's degree in Horticultural / Agricultural sciences or similar area
2- Experience is an advantage but not required
