Within the R&D Global Resource Team (GRT), Process Improvement Managers focus on the development and implementation in three distinct areas: continuous improvement projects, agricultural technology introduction and training / development of key stakeholders.
A critical measure of success is the implementation, adaptation, and sustainability of key processes at all global stations once ownership of such improvements is transferred to local teams.
In addition to specific projects, GRT members constantly work to facilitate broad communication and information exchange to align stakeholders around shared R&D strategic vision and initiatives. This can include training on lean methodologies and clarity on processes within R&D.
