Execution of Packing activities to deliver the material in quantities, quality and in time against the WO and Pack plan

• Handling packaging material, seed receipts and return quantities.
• Handling the changeover of machine as per checklist.
• Handling and feeding all packaging material and seeds to packing machine as per SOP and work as per plan allotted for packing machine effectivity to get desired output.
• Handling the allotted manpower and guide them for effective production.
• Report the daily outputs Line wise to Packing supervisor or manager.
• Updating the register or worksheets for each WO like crop, variety, start/End Time, people working online and seed loss in case any.
• Any deviation in seed quality/packaging materials or machine, please communicate to packing supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Carrying out the minimum maintenance of HFFS Machines, Inkjet/TTO printers, Label applicators as per scheduled time.
• Maintain/Recording of OEE data and handover to supervisor.
• Carrying out daily validation of Weighing balance before start of shift
• Online Sampling as per procedures and informed to supervisor.
• Support in Continual improvement /Kaizens/ 5 S projects
• Follow all SOP and WI as per QMS guidelines
