The Marketing Communication Specialist will collaborate closely with the Country General Manager, Regional Marketing Communication Manager, and key stakeholders, with a primary focus on external communication. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring promotional activities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic priorities and the specific needs of local target audiences. The role also involves developing and tracking key performance indicators, evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies, and driving continuous improvements to achieve and exceed defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Planning:
- Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to define promotional strategies and customer-focused messaging.
- Create annual communication plans, budgets, and KPIs.
Execution & Monitoring:
- Oversee the rollout of local communication plans, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and timeliness.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and improvements.
- Ensure all communication activities support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Media & Event Coordination:
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media, and vendors.
- Organize events, campaigns, and initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Support media relations and local PR activities with assistance from the corporate team when needed.
Digital Content Management:
- Coordinate creation and maintenance of digital content (images, videos, social media, and website).
- Analyze digital performance using analytics tools to optimize content effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across digital platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI; provide reports and insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to defining and reviewing KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
- Maintain data and reporting systems, and support internal communication efforts.
Additional Support:
Assist with internal communication roll-outs and support local General Managers with biannual Connect meetings.
