Job description
The Customer Service department is a crucial point in our company. You are in the middle of the operations and you are daily in contact with Sales, Planning, Processing, Marketing and Quality Teams. We always want to provide the best service to our customers. To reach that goal, you, together with your colleagues from your team and other teams, are responsible for delivery of the vegetable seeds to our customer on time, in the right quality, complying with regulations and in a cost efficient manner. Our aim is to have the highest satisfaction of our customers.
You will work with different systems (ERP system, BI tool, MS Office, CRM and external software systems) to be able to maintain the whole order flow and prepare the correct transport- and export documents.
Skills: what we expect of you
You are an independent and energetic person with an open attitude. With your high independency we expect you to be a real team player who will work well under pressure in an often hectic environment. You are people-oriented with the ability to take the lead and come with solutions while being able to take decisions when needed. You are flexible, customer-oriented, pro-active, you like challenges and have a strong sense of responsibility. We are a Dutch company and our internal communication often is in Dutch but taking into account the international character of this role we require a good command of English language. If you are always looking for improvement of the processes and for optimizing the way of working, we can also offer a variety of projects where your input will be appreciated.
We have few important requirements which we ask from or candidates:
· Minimum HBO level education or MBO level 4 (specialist)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in international commercial organization
· Experience in working with ERP systems, CRM system, export and customs documents (phytosanitary rules), certificates of origin, incoterms.
