Oversee all compensation programs for the AMPA region (US, Latin American and South America) inclusive of the design, development and delivery of our pay programs holistically with our total rewards programs to enhance the engagement and experience of employees working for HM.CLAUSE
Descripción de la misión
Compensation Design:
§ Lead all aspects of the annual Merit Plan process, including building the workflow and tools, coordinate with function heads, perform calculations and employee communications.
§ Oversee AMPA HR Managers and Leadership on activities including the positioning of all jobs on global grid, establishing salary ranges for all countries, participating in local compensation surveys, completing local salary/job analysis and job offers and coordinating with HR Managers on compensation related expatriate issues.
§ Create and maintain pay structures in each representative country in AMPA
§ Work with the Finance Controller and Payroll in addressing any audit-related questions on compensation matters. Oversee recurring audits for comp related HRIS data.
§ Manage data analysis and modeling, translating to business insight for decision validation and proposals.
§ Work with Organization Development to create cohesive performance review campaigns
§ Ensure FLSA standards are maintained and supporting job requisition and job offer creation
Compensation Development:
§ Evangelize compensation philosophy and perform high level objectives such as career ladder development.
§ Collaborate and harmonize compensation topics across regions to maintain awareness and alignment of programs.
§ Maintain and further benchmarking analysis at local levels accounting for market and COL variances, competitive pay practices and internal equity analysis and monitoring
§ Oversee data analysis necessary to sustain the Global Compensation System (Mercer).
§ Oversee data analysis on externally sponsored salary surveys, such as the Mercer/SIRS seed industry and Towers Watson surveys.
§ Develop and direct all the documentation of all compensation procedures and ongoing reengineering of processes when appropriate.
§ Work within and develop compensation tools and applications used to manage bi-annual pay reviews, pay statements and annual total compensation statements.
Compensation Delivery:
· Serve as company authority on all region Incentive Plan payment calculations, including the development of summary plan description documentation, participant communications and collaboration with function heads
· Create compensation trainings to educate managers and employees on current related topics
· Lead all aspects of the Profit-Sharing program, including calculations and communications.
· Manage all non-executive level job and salary evaluations, including preparation of job offers and job requisition evaluation
Perfil
Required Knowledge & Skills
· Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organization and detail oriented
· High degree of project management for high level projects and programs
· Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and present formal documents, reports, presentations and recommendations from front line to management level employees.
· Technical understanding of HRIS systems and data management.
· Bi-lingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
Education & Work Experience
· Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics and/ or Finance.
· At least three plus years of compensation administration experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
· Applicable working experience in Human Resources and/or Finance
