We are searching for a Compensation & Benefits professional to oversee the administration of all Compensation programs for the ASIA region. This role will report to the Regional HR Director.
In addition, your role would include to assist and oversee information systems as an administrator for local HRIS, global HRIS (TalentSoft), QA (Aquarius), and any other necessary system interfaces to other company information systems.
Most importantly, this role should provide clear guidance and assistance to the teams and tasks as needed.
This position can be based either from Bangkok, Thailand or from Hyderabad, India.
Required Knowledge & Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and present formal documents, reports, presentations and recommendations to rank & file and management level employees.
• Proficiency with report writers preferred.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in human resources, information systems, accounting, economics and/ or finance. MBA or MS preferred.
- At least five years of compensation and HRIS analysis/ administration experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Applicable working experience either as a project manager or project lead on HR systems implementation projects.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executive management, employees, outside agencies and auditors.
• Adaptability – Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Comfortable with fast-paced, challenging environment. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Teamwork – Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to facilitate teamwork among colleagues, as well as with other groups throughout the organization. Ability to build trust with all functional areas within the organization.
