In the frame of subcontracted production for Limagrain Europe, he has for mission to optimize the stock of seeds and componants. To do so, he will look to the best alternative between market specifications requirements, stock on-hands. He will maintain a constant reporting and follow up on the stock
•Choose input batch for packing and prepare, communicate the Bagging orders with the partners
•Follow up progress of activities in the factory.
•Propose batches for transfer, report them and keep tracking of the transfer from subcontractor.
•Identify and follow up dispensation request for production under specifications requirement and according to quality rules.
•Provide discarding proposal according to milestones and follow realization
•Keep updated and report according milestones, stock in quantity & quality for carry over and harvest of the year, for each step of the process.
•Identify, analyze and report stock variation.
•Realize inventory in partnership with the subcontractor, and create reporting, monitoring documents
• Knowledge in supply chain and flow management
• High level on Informatic tools (Office pack and ERP, BI report)
• Fluent in English
