Main Goal
This role is divided in 2 main activities: IT Business Project Manager (0.7 FTE) and Delegated Cybersecurity Officer (0.3 FTE). As IT Business Project Manager you are responsible for organizing all phases of an IT project concerning quality, costs and planning. You act as the intermediary between IT and the business teams.
As Delegated Cybersecurity Officer you are the contact person on behalf of our Business Unit for the Group Limagrain.

Job description
Your most important tasks as IT Business Project Manager
You understand our business and are able to translate the needs of the users to our internal IT department or external suppliers
You define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
You study the probability and feasibility of the projects
You are responsible for the quality, costs and planning of the projects
You organize user acceptance tests and trainings
You support the key-users during the projects and after Go-Live
Your most important tasks as Delegated Cybersecurity Officer
You implement the Group’s cybersecurity policy in our Business Unit
You help find compromises between business constraints and the cybersecurity strategy
You raise awareness among the users by training and communication
·You process business requests related to cybersecurity, manage incidents and assess the effects and risks
Profile
Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT
At least 3 years of experience as an IT project Manager
Broad knowledge of business processes (manufacturing, sales, supply chain and supporting processes)
Knowledge of ERP systems, knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus
Basic IT knowledge: databases, Business Intelligence, SQL etc.
English and Dutch language should be fluent in word and in writing
Structured, analytical, persuasive, strong communication skills
