The aim of the fixed term HR Assistant role is helping to fullfill the HR administrative duties during the iHRIS implementation in Hungary.
Responsibilities:
• Posting Job Advertisements
• Organizing Interviews: Scheduling interview times, notifying candidates, and supporting the interview process.
• Filing and Organizing Personnel Documents
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Managing Signatures: Coordinating the signing of contracts and other HR related documents.
• Preparing Documents for Mailing
• Preparing Simple Reports: Collecting data and preparing basic reports (abseenteism for example)
• Administering the Online Time Register System: new comers, leavers, manager changes etc.
• Collaborating on Training and Events preparation (where HR is included)
• Supporting Colleagues with HR Administrative Questions: providing support on HR administrative matters and communicate with the payroll provider.
• Collect documents for payroll closing (sick leave papers, glasses invoice etc.)
• PO creation in SAP
• Annual medical check administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a related administrative role.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Intermediate English knowledge
