Job description
· Support breeders and station Manager in successfully executing all status0 trials at farmers field in targeted locations at Maharashtra.
· Responsible for sowing and planting of status0 trials conducted at farmer’s field
· Responsible for quality data collection and timely report to Pune station Manager/breeders
· Closely work with Local RPDM and Local sales team for Trial execution
· Responsible for Maintaining good relationship with Farmers and local team
· Responsible for travelling to nearby locations as per the trial requirements.
· Responsible for following all the HMC safety guidelines and process

Good experience of hybrid trial executions in Farmers field, data collections, time reporting, collaboration
