Main Goal
Reporting to the Station Manager, you work within the Farming team, integrating the Operation Department. You work in close collaboration with the breeding Department, as well as with the teams of the other Departments (Administrative, Pathology labs, etc.).
Job description
- Crop planning focusing on land use with monthly reporting to station manager
- Search for quotes for any type of capex or opex needed at the station according to the directives of the station manager
- Organize and coordinate with the operations manager a weekly meeting with the other services of the station to collect and organize all operational needs
- Supervize the application of phytosanitary and safety rules with a weekly report to the station manager
- Manage and improve all types of agronomic records in the field by verifying compliance with corporate and legal rules/guidelines
Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences
- 5 years of experience in the same position or equivalent field
- Teamwork oriented
- Synthesis capacity
- General skills
- English level B1 (and higher), French would be a plus
- Driver's license
