Reporting to the HR Director of the Research Department at Limagrain Field Seeds, you will act as a true strategic partner, supporting a workforce of 300 employees.
You will play a crucial role as a strategic and operational advisor, ensuring that HR initiatives and practices are aligned with the organization’s objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting our managers in aligning HR strategy with LFS goals,

Job description
In close collaboration with the HR teams of Limagrain Field Seeds Europe, you will work on all HR-related topics to support team performance and transformation, including:
TALENT MANAGEMENT: From recruitment to career management, you will contribute to attracting and engaging employees with the support of the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Research department.
HR DEVELOPMENT: You will design and implement initiatives to foster skills development and enhance well-being at work.
HR PROCESSES: You will oversee and execute all HR processes (people reviews, salary reviews, training plans, performance bonuses, etc.) and manage HR reporting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: You will lead salary reviews and ensure pay equity, working closely with the Comp & Ben team at Limagrain Field Seeds Europe. You will also be responsible for job evaluations and grading, ensuring compliance with the company’s compensation policy.
SUPPORT & ADVICE TO MANAGERS: You will assist managers in their decision-making, guiding them in leadership development and the growth of their teams.
LEGAL MATTERS: With the support of Limagrain Field Seeds Europe's legal team, you will handle legal and, if necessary, disciplinary matters.
PROJECTS: You will contribute to cross-functional HR projects, particularly those related to digital transformation and the efficiency of HR functions.

Skills: what we expect of you
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) and have at least 5 years of significant experience in a similar role within an international company.
You are passionate about Human Resources and innovation.

You excel at diagnosing situations and understanding key challenges with precision and relevance.
You possess strong situational intelligence, coupled with an analytical approach, allowing you to make data-driven decisions.

You have a solid understanding of legal and social issues.
You have experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
You communicate effectively in multicultural settings.
You are fluent in both English and French (any additional language is a plus).

Recruitment process
The first step involves an initial screening of applications by our Talent Acquisition Manager.
The hiring manager for the position then conducts a second CV review to create the most relevant shortlist.
(A preliminary phone screening may take place.)
A first interview is conducted with the hiring manager.
A second HR interview is scheduled shortly after.
Finally, feedback is provided to shortlisted candidates. Various tests may also be considered (e.g., language tests, personality assessments, etc.).
